As a result of American Ventures' investment management orientation, the firm approaches real estate in strategic terms, rather than simply tactical terms. We take the time to thoroughly understand a corporate services client's business needs; we work with our clients in formulating a real estate strategy that fits their business; through our tenant representation and/or facilities management professionals, we then execute that strategy.
